 Responsible individual (RI) Service – To operate as the RI for your home is standard monthly fee and a daily rate. Recommended is one day per week but this may increase/decrease based on the need of the home and the capacity of the Registered Manager. This is from Point of Registration 

 Full Central File Set up with all operational Templates such as Care Plans, Behavior management Plans and Risk Assessment. This service will leave your home in a position to fully operate all the recording systems required to meet the Children's Home Regulations. 

 Bespoke Policy Development – Using your company details such as Logo, Name, Brand etc we will devise a set of policies that are required for your Children’s Home business, our Policy Pack will contain approximately 38 Policies. 2-week Turnaround. 

 Pre-Registration Visit – This will be a 2-day Audit of your home to ensure that everything is in place and ready for your Ofsted Registration visit. If we identify any shortfalls during this visit, we will work with you to rectify them and supply an action plan.  

 Fire File and Health and Safety File Development – We can generate and supply a full working file for each subject ensuring your Home is compliant with Children’s Homes Regulations and Fire Reform Act. This includes all the templates such as Fire Drill, Weekly and Monthly Audits for both Management and support Staff, annual check lists, all Risk Assessments and much more. 

 Single Document Development – Location Risk Assessment, Statement of Purpose, Workforce Development Plan, Homes Development plan, Behavior Management Plans, Care Plans and Risk Assessment Development. 

We are able to visit your service and complete an annual Health and Safety Risk Assessment, we will then work with your management team to rectify any actions that we have identified rather than walk away and leave you with a list of actions. We aim to rectify any actions identified on the day of the visit.

As you all know, Portable Appliance Testing is an area that has to be checked in order for your home or service to remain Safe and Compliant.  We will attend your property and complete this annual testing of your appliances
